MCC-TA low voltage switchgear
The MCC-TA low voltage switchgear sets up the complete set of motor control and protection equipment of the AC low voltage loop, assembled into standardized unit modules according to certain specifications, and the components of different specifications are installed into disc bodies. The disk has horizontal and vertical confluence row and integrated motor control unit, widely used in various factories and various public facilities, such as iron and steel plant, petrochemical plant, cement plant, fiber paper and pulp plant and gas drainage facilities and the low voltage motor group and voltage distribution group centralized control management. It is considerate to the safety of electricity, the simple and interchangeability of installation and the convenience of maintenance. MCC-TA low voltage switchgear can be divided into one side and two sides, combined flexible, for different users to choose. It is used for the rated voltage AC380V, the rated frequency 50HZ, the rated current is not greater than the 4000A distribution system. This switchgear meets the standard of GB7251 "low voltage switchgear" and the rules of the Taiwan Power Co house line device.
After the main features:
1. Both full and semi - pumped MCC can be used flexibly and can also be equipped with lighting, disks and PLC units to meet different requirements.
2. General standard unit design, providing interchangeable and simple installation of H1 and H2 types.
3. It is easy to install, high interchangeability, and each unit has independent extraction mechanism, so that it is easy to insert and draw out the unit, and the inspection and maintenance inspection is convenient and safe.
4. The operating handle of the switch has a mechanical interlocking mechanism with a door to prevent misoperation, but the overload protection relay can be reset from the door.
5. The single front back design of the cabinet provides a very compact and flexible application in the electric room.
